You know what happens when a company nails SEO but has zero processes or operations? You get Atlys.

TL;DR: If you can avoid it, don’t use Atlys. They’re unethical, they have no proper process, and most importantly—they just don’t care. Use a competitor, apply directly through the embassy, or find another agent. Anything but Atlys.
Every time you search for a visa-related query, boom—an Atlys link promising fast visa processing shows up. I fell for it.

I applied for a Singapore visa on Feb 28 (which typically takes 3-5 business days). My passport was promptly picked up the next day. Initially, the system showed a visa issue date of March 8, but immediately after I made the payment, it changed to March 11.

Then, they didn’t even apply for my visa until March 5—because my documentation was supposedly incomplete. Mind you, I had submitted exactly what their checklist asked for.

Then came the circus:
- Tuesday: They called, asked for additional documents. I submitted them. They were “wrong.”
- Wednesday: A different rep called, asked for a different set of documents. I submitted them. Finally, my application was filed—four full working days just to apply?

Since then, I’ve followed up every single day, only to receive template replies. Their level 1 support team at least responds. Their level 2/visa team? Ghosted me. In the past seven days, they’ve missed seven call backs—with a single customer, in a single day.

Mohak Nahta
, is this the culture and company you want to run? I saw that you recently raised a big round, but if this is the level of customer service and accountability, I worry for your customers.

My flight is tomorrow. I’ve spent days trying to get your team to help. If you can do anything to expedite my visa (and return my passport), it would be greatly appreciated.

Also, please review your processes. Something is seriously broken, and I don’t think it’s your level 1 support team.
