You Blinkit, and your money disappears in LESS than 10 mins.

This morning, I ordered a pair of earrings which were around Rs.1000. In flat 10 minutes, I received an empty box. It wasn't taped either. When I asked the delivery executive, he said that he had delivered it the way he had received it.

Post that, I spoke to 3 customer executives, all of whom said in flat 1 minute, "Sorry, refund isn't possible".

Finally, one of them was kind enough to arrange for a pickup - a guy even picked it up.

While I was waiting for my earrings I received a call from a lady who said "Sorry we can't initiate this return". This time the guy was there in flat 5 minutes to return the empty box. In one day, I got two empty boxes instead of a pair of earrings.

When I tried talking to the lady she straight up told me, "I'm not from customer support, so you solve it" and cut the call.

While the 1,000 rupees hurt, what hurts more is the sheer apathy of the people from Blinkit.
