Here is my list-
1. Ahrefs
- Without Ahrefs it's impossible to run a successful Link building campaign.
2. Semrush
- I use Semrush to do keyword research and sometimes it's good to have multiple tools to get some extra data.
3. Sales Navigator
- This is a beast after Ahrefs. I don't think I have to say something about Sales nav.🔥
4. Manyreach
- I use Manyreach to run the link building campaign to make my work automated on the follow up email parts. The best thing about Manyreach is the credit rollover feature. 🔥
5. tomba.io / ContactOut
- I use both of them to find my prospects email before reaching out to them.
6. Breakcold
- This is one of my favorite CRM. I keep track of all of my potential link partners & clients too. It also helps me to keep everything organized but before Breakcold I was using Google sheet lol to keep track of my prospects lol.
7. BrandNav (Email verifier)
- Its good to have verified email from tomba or contactout but its always good to recheck with emal verifiers as well.
8. Google sheet
- You can't forget the OG Google sheet for team collaboration. At Web Rank Builder we use it for team collaboration and keep track what links has been acquired so far.
9. Boardmix
- Nothing is possible without a road map or SOP. So, Boardmix is my go to SaaS product for this kind of work and who doesn't love white board in 2024?
10. Waalaxy
- We recently joined Waalaxy to run LinkedIn automation campaign, so far we are seeing good results with our campaigns and might stick with it also.
