4. Balance clean, modern aesthetics with user-centered functionality.
In simple words you will be the bridge between the web development & marketing team and help them deliver websites which are aesthetically clean and converts visitors into cutomers.
You are:
1. Equal parts designer, strategist, and analyst.
2. Obsessed with UX and UI best practices.
3. Skilled in tools like Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, Figma, GA4, and more.
4. Passionate about making websites that work—both visually and commercially
