As we scale and gear up for a big second half of 2025, we’re looking to bring on a sharp, high-ownership Founder’s Office Intern someone who can grow with us and eventually take charge of big, business-critical problems.
You’ll be working directly with me (Yash Kalra) and closely across functions like ops, growth, content, and brand, solving real problems from Day 1.
Not a "shadowing" role. This is a "get your hands dirty" role. You'll be building systems, launching experiments, and shipping things every week.
This role is perfect for:
-Students in their final year looking for an internship → PPO
-Fresh grads looking for a real shot at a high ownership generalist role
-Folks who love figuring things out from scratch
-People who get a kick from building something that actually matters
Details:
- 3-month internship → PPO
- In-office Internship (Gurgaon, ZYPP's Office ) (June–July 2025)
- In-office Fulltime (Gurgaon, ZYPP's Office) from August 2025
- Internship stipend: ₹10K–15K/month
- Full-time offer: ₹4–6 LPA fixed (+ growth path & equity down the line)
