✨ Marketing Lead
✔ Deep understanding of Web3, crypto-native communities & lingo
✔ Hands-on execution — copywriting, landing pages, campaign optimization
✔ Proven experience growing Twitter, Discord & Telegram communities organically
✨ VP - Business Development
✔ 6+ years in BD, partnerships, or commercial strategy
✔ Ideally from fintech, cross-border payments, crypto, or enterprise SaaS
✔ Strong network & ability to drive strategic growth
✨ CTO
✔ 6+ years in software engineering, 3+ years in Web3 or DeFi
✔ Solid Solidity & EVM experience (bonus: Rust, zk, Cosmos SDK)
✔ Strong infrastructure knowledge — AWS, Vercel, Azure
