We’re looking for a Senior Demand Generation Strategist to own strategy across paid media, organic, email, and full-funnel demand for high-growth B2B SaaS clients.
This is a player-coach role with a path to Head of Demand Gen or Head of Client Services.
You’ll work directly with me (Kamil) and team to help scale delivery systems, level up client performance.
What we’re looking for:
✅ 7+ years B2B DG (agency preferred)
✅ Google, LinkedIn, Meta ads fluency
✅ Strategic mindset + systems thinking
✅ Comfortable leading clients + coaching team
✅ Wants ownership — not just execution
✅ TC: 150K / year (CAD)
We work async, remotely, and sharp.
No micromanagement — but a high bar.
Fully Remote in Canada. We have n office in Vancouver if you want to work in person or hybrid.
