That client is making at least $474,946.08 from it.
Here's the math your agency doesn't want you to see:
Most cold email agencies are ROBBING you blind.
They're robbing you of millions in revenue by capping your outreach with flat retainers instead of maximizing your entire TAM. (Just like I used to be guilty of)
WE price based on YOUR math.
The 3-Step Formula:
Don't worry. If you hate math, I made a performance calculator just for you.
Comment CALC and I'll send you it so you can audit whoever you're using now.
Step 1: Know your LTV
This is LifeTime Value - on average, how much do you make per paying customer over the lifetime of them paying you?
If you're a SaaS founder, you probably already know this number.
But in case you don't here's an easy formula - what does your average client pay you each month?
Multiply that by the average number of months they stay with you.
Step 2: Know your ideal CAC
How much you pay to acquire one paying client.
Hormozi's rule: 3:1 LTV to CAC minimum.
If it's good enough for him, it's good enough for you.
Step 3: Know your conversion metrics
Free trials to paid. Positive replies to demos. Demos to closes. Whatever your funnel looks like.
Here's what we do differently:
We USED to do retainer pricing. Problem? Value constantly oscillates. Sometimes the client overpays, sometimes we overwork.
Both parties swap being the one with good feelings until one decides to churn.
Now we walk every prospective client through this process FIRST.
When we say "$5K/month to email your entire TAM every two months, with a performance path on top" - there's an implicit guarantee you'll never exceed the 3:1.
It's baked into the math.
All for a base price less than what you'd pay Apollo for 100,000 email credits
The result? Our clients BEG us to scale faster because the math is obvious, and we eventually get to a place where we are sending 8M emails per month for you.
This client is making at least $474,946.08 this month and we did all the heavy lifting.
Help somebody else by tagging them in the comments or comment "CALC" and I'll DM you the calculator right now.
PEACE
