We just crossed $6,000,000 ARR with HeyReach.io! ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿพ
We are adding a MILLION in revenue, PER MONTH. ๐Ÿคฏ

This wasn't supposed to be today's post, but it happened!!
Just a month ago, we crossed $5M ARR. Today, we crossed the 6.

Let's deep-dive into the good and bad stuff that happened.
Since it's only been a month, I'll give a different overview.

๐Ÿ‘Œ THE GOOD:


1. We had a killer team retreat ๐Ÿ–๏ธ
- The last weekend of May, we organized a team retreat in Greece where we flew in all of the team members from Europe (sorry Umer
, Hassan
- next time!). This was the first serious team retreat we had, and there were people who met face to face for the first time, after working together for a year+. It was magical!


2. Better processes for feature development
- We found out about a lot of loopholes in our feature development process, and built a process to address them (tnx Vukasin). We were failing mostly in the research and design phase, and the dev team was getting an unfinished design, or designs that were gonna change significantly on the go. Additionally, there was literally 0 communication between the devs and the people who R&Ded the feature during its development. One huge thing we did was add QA early in the R&D process, and we scheduled a weekly product demo meeting. A huge kudos to the dev team for all of these initiatives!


4. Double downed on ecosystem growth (ft. Clay)
- We started hosting events (mostly with Clay, for now; Twain coming soon) in major European cities, sharing knowledge and tactics about LinkedIn outreach. So far, it is amazing. At our last event in Warsaw, we had people coming over from other countries to see and meet us. Ecosystem growth is a super important channel for us.

โŒ THE BAD:


1. Data is still a mess
- First time I wrote about this was October last year. We still have the problem, but we are solving it. Last month, we did an even bigger mess-up of the data by migrating Stripe, but it should get back to normal in July. Hopefully, by $8M ARR, we'll have the data sorted out ๐Ÿ˜…


2. We are late with the creator program & killed the idea for community
- This month, we were supposed to have a huge launch of our creator program, which we had been preparing since March. We didn't. Instead, we completely pushed that idea back to the drawing board, killed the idea about launching a community, and are in the process of revamping the whole creator program. Our goal is to launch THE BEST COMMUNITY PROGRAM out there. Structuring an offer you cannot refuse (even for the creator program) is in the HeyReach.io DNA ๐Ÿงฌ.
