We are starting to observe a phenomenon where a lot of people in SEO are starting to throw anything at the wall and see what sticks... The unknown makes people uncomfortable, and many will chose to try to confidently show how they're in control and they know how it all works. It's OK to admit you don't know.

For me, I chose to keep my curiosity levels high and explore. I know that skills I (and many) have, will still be in demand because understanding the cornerstones of technology behind the systems is more important than understanding the effects of the system itself.

As long as the need to seek and gather information exists, and the web remains one of the most sought after means to provide and get to this information, folks that have been in the weeds of search and Technical SEO will find their path.

Keep breaking stuff. Keep exploring.
More doubts -> More curiosity -> More questions.
