Today, I worked on a few listings for one of our brand—and like most days recently, I leaned heavily on ChatGPT. It’s become a new normal for me and my team.

But somewhere in the middle of it all, I paused and reflected on 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐈 𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐀𝐈 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐆𝐏𝐓 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦.

I still remember the process:

➡️Deep diving into the product to understand it inside out
➡️ Googling similar products and reading through blogs
➡️Asking clients to share every possible detail
➡️Drafting rough versions of titles manually and fixing grammar along the way - All manually!!

It was time-consuming, mentally exhausting, and despite all the hard work—missing a few important search terms was common.

Now? The game has changed.

But don’t get me wrong—prompting ChatGPT isn’t as simple as typing "Write my listing." You still need a framework, strategy, and product knowledge.

That’s why I created an internal SOP for my team. We follow it every time we generate titles, bullet points, or product descriptions using ChatGPT—ensuring consistency, keyword accuracy, and brand alignment.

I’m happy to share this with anyone who’s interested.

Hope you find it as helpful as we do.
