This just showed up in my photos today. I had sent it to my marketing team at Zomato who had been pushing me to build a Linkedin presence as part of our B2B growth strategy.

I always said I will but never got around to it. Last month, I started obsessing over it and ended up trying a few automations but the cadence broke because I was never happy with the AI generated content. (Haven't we all been disappointed by now ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ )

Well, I know at least 20 founders in my network who have been procrastinating. Not because they're lazy. Because we tell ourselves "next quarter", when we want to care about something without having to actually do it yet. But as the life that we know goes - things never calm down, the funding round doesn't simplify your life and, that product launch created more chaos, not less.

The founders I've watched actually build a presence here didn't start when they were ready. They started badly, in the middle of the mess, with a half-formed opinion and a photo they weren't sure about.

And they let it compound ๐Ÿ“ˆ.

Six months later, they had a point of view people recognised. Inbound from people they'd never cold-emailed. A content habit that cost them 45 minutes a week.

The ones still planning their content strategy for next quarter? Still planning.
You don't need a content calendar. You need to post something today that's slightly more honest than you're comfortable with.

In which category do you fall?
