This is what Zepto is doing. We ordered items worth 688.92 including a big order of 401.92 from zeptocafe . When we received the order, the egg tray (Rs. 287) was missing with the so-called New Year Gift box(also missing). We then opened our zepto cafe bag and found fake items

1) The egg as you see in the video, was layered like plastic and tasted also like plastic

2) The chicken in the chicken puff was also fake( I also have the video for the same, if needed will post the same)

3) The tea was a bad machine tea

4) On top of this, all the items were stale and cold

5) They said the gift box was delivered which wasn't as they do not have a proof of the same as they usually take photo of the order delivered but this time they don't have one

Imagine this happening with you. Even after all of this they took 1 hour to refund the amount. Also, had no empathy on the fact that they were selling fake items on zeptocafe

such a shame Zepto and the zeptoteam zeptocustomercare zeptoindia zeptodelhi zeptocafe
