We completed all final gap migrations and exported all remaining information we needed after moving to Shopify 30 days ago.

Today I blocked out 15 minutes in my calendar to cancel our Big Commerce account.

Honestly, I thought it would take less than 60 seconds.

Turns out that BigCommerce is NOT in compliance with the new FTC regulations.

We are on a month to month contract! All I wanted to do was cancel so we arenโ€™t charged moving forward. So simple.

Two hours laterโ€ฆ

1) You canโ€™t click to cancel
2) They force you to call
3) It took over 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone
4) They had no idea how to cancel our account so they put me on another 30 minute hold while waiting for their Enterprise team to help.
5) The help: โ€œWell just email you with further instructions and an update. Hopefully today.โ€

Can someone from BigCommerce please just cancel our Oma's Pride account?
