The first one-person unicorn is almost here.

Sam Altman predicted it.

AI agents are making it a reality.

Just look at the revenue-per-employee of the top AI start-ups:

Cal AI: $3M ARR per employee

Lovable: $1.7M ARR per employee

bolt.new: $2M ARR per employee

This kind of revenue per employee is a first in human history.

What once took a massive team to achieve, you can now do with a few people enabled by AI tools and AI agents.

Here’s what I foresee happening:

→ Top 10% of the job market:
Will become the wealthiest people in human history, with unprecedented leverage with AI.

→ Bottom 90%:
Will struggle a lot, and will get replaced by AI agents.

We’re heading toward a massively unequal world.

It’s already started, Microsoft just laid off 6,000 employees.

My best advice?

Become a generalist who deeply understands how to leverage AI.

Specialized skills won’t save you.

Generalists who can adapt and use AI tools will dominate the job market and make a loooot of money.

The first one-person unicorn is around the corner.

And it won’t be luck, it will be leverage at scale.

What's your take?
