Strategic Management & Logistics (SML) is looking for a U.S.-based web developer to support on-call / specialty projects as they arise.
We strongly prefer someone on the East Coast ⏰ so they align with our team and client time zones.
⚠️ Quick note: We are not looking for recruiting or placement services for this role.
🔎 What we’re really looking for:
Someone who can help us design and implement practical AI agents that plug into real business operations — not just basic chatbots.
Think tools where:
➡️ A user enters information through a form 📝
➡️ An AI agent processes the inputs 🤖
➡️ The system generates a structured report, checklist, assessment, or recommendation document 📄
These agents would support areas like:
• Lead qualification & intake 📥
• Customer support & internal knowledge assistants 💬
• HR & payroll workflows 👥
• Content and marketing support 📣
• Government contracting support (SAM.gov summaries, RFP highlights, compliance checklists) 🏛️
We’re especially interested in someone who understands how to connect AI agents to CRMs, knowledge bases, and operational systems 🔗 while keeping a human-in-the-loop for quality and compliance.

Front-End Development
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Vue, Bootstrap, or Tailwind 💻

Meta tags, alt text, schema basics, mobile-first design 🔍
