Ordered a new kitchen chimney.
Scrolling through YouTube.
Watched a video about iPads for productivity.
Looked at brother struggling with his broken laptop for online classes.
Closed the tab.
Transferred money to him for a new laptop.
Friend called.
“Let’s go for that weekend trek.”
Looked at electricity bill stuck on the fridge.
Politely said no.
Paid the bill instead.

Always putting family before fun.
No regrets. Just responsibility.
Because in the end,
Hearing mom say “wow, my daughter bought for me”
