I love it.
We'd be a fairly small account for them, but they're relentless in their outbound.
What every Outbound Marketer should take from this:
1. It's borderline impossible to burn your TAM. Hit them with new messaging, try new angles, or use signals as a reason to reach out again.
2. I know first-hand Ramp is big on using signals (social engagement, profile visits, form fills, etc.) as a reason for Outreach. This is the single easiest way to make your message more relevant.
3. Short, human-sounding emails will always win. Read what their rep says, and how he says it here. It sounds off-the-cuff, and like he just followed up from his phone. He obviously didn't, but that doesn't matter.
- The refresher is clean and concise
- The entire email is skimmable
- The CTA is fairly soft
If they aren't afraid of reaching out to the same prospect multiple times, you shouldn't be either.
