A leadership coach in the industry for over 20 years told me this on call yesterday.
He said, “I don’t want people thinking I have too much time on my hands.
I run a serious business.”
And honestly?
That's a valid point.
Posting every day for the sake of visibility is indeed inefficient and misaligned, even.
Especially for founder-coaches who are scaling their business, delivering deep transformational work, and leading strong offline ecosystems.
I took my time with his objection and said...
You need to show up strategically, not frequently.
Because the right people aren’t impressed by how often you post.
They’re moved by what you say and how clearly your message positions you as the obvious choice.
So no, you don’t need to “feed the algorithm.”
You need a signal that speaks when you're not in the room.
When I explained this, he paused and said:
“That’s exactly it. I want to be heard once… and remembered twice.”
That’s the real game.
Less noise. More signal.
Not content for content’s sake but clarity that commands respect.
P.S. Out of curiosity...
Do you believe founders need to post every day (or 5x/week) on LinkedIn?
