Yesterday a friend narrated the story of the movie "Varshangalku Sesham"

A movie about struggles of a Director, a composer and an actor.

Nivin Pauly an acclaimed actor in real life shows up as an actor in the movie. He gave one or two hits but the rest flopped. In the movie he does self troll of his series of flop movies which caused depression and subsequent weight gain.

It was a good laugh my friend said.

Nivin Pauly is trolled in real life too for his weight gain.

But the hard fact is that we do this everyday. We have a good laugh on the troll content on social media about someone being fat.

It is not a good laugh in real life. I

I spoke to an over weight friend, he said he feels good if he binges on food and very low when he does not. I asked him did he check with a doctor. He said he tried weight loss many a times and failed.

I pushed him to see a psychiatrist which he did and found his eating disorder stems from under lying depression.

Another friend I know is over weight because she has hormonal issues.

So the next time you see a FAT person walking down the street or being trolled on social media.

Take a moment and do a quick prayer for them because you simply don't know their suffering.

P.S: Anyone leaving a funny/laugh smiley on this without reading the content is either a troll or just don't read your content. Either ways they are not great followers to have.

Repost to find the troll in your network.
