Over the past year, I had the chance to mentor a few people outside of my company. Some of the most amazing outcomes from it:

- Someone who felt underutilized in his role is now a Chief of Staff—and genuinely thriving.

- Someone who was thinking of quitting spoke to her founding team instead, and carved out a better role at her current company.

- An intern who was anxious about an interview cracked it with just a few tips and a little confidence boost.

No money. No fame.

Nothing comes close to the fulfillment of helping people step into the best version of themselves 🤌
