Over the past three years, I've had the privilege of speaking with over 500 early-stage founders. Having raised 100+ crores INR for my previous startup from investors likes Infoedge, Alphawave and Norwest, the most frequent questions I am asked are around - How to raise funding from Tier 1 investors? What is the right stage to even pitch to these investors? What are the kind of questions they can ask us? How long should our pitch deck be? If the investors say no once, does that mean they will never invest in us? At Masters' Union, we recorded a raw, unfiltered Investment Committee (IC) session to address these questions head-on. We even captured an exclusive debrief where investors openly share their thought process before deciding whether to invest. Thank you Manu Chandra Yash Dholakia, Zoeb Ali Khan and the entire Sauce.vc for doing this. And congratulations for this milestone pitch to our entrepreneurs Ishita Gupta and Mayuresh Jadhav ↗️
P.S. - If you are a VC who would like to connect with our entrepreneurs, do DM me. We have a demo day coming up on Friday, 28th Feb where 50+ teams will be showcasing their big ideas and working prototypes at our campus in Gurgaon. From D2C brands with products such as Mom masala mixes, complan replacement healthy drink for kids, raagi namkeen mixes as a better for you snacking category to non casual dating apps, price comparison app for quick commerce, post maternity care service providers, and so many more!
