Over the first few days, 500+ people asked to join a new CRM community I created for CRM, retention, and email experts.

Clearly, there was a need.

No sales.
Just a space to swap ideas, share challenges, and see how others are doing it.

Within days, we were already deep into:
📲 How to get SMS opt-ins without wrecking the UX
🔀 Mapping post-purchase journeys across different product types
🧩 Figuring out who actually owns retention: CRM, growth, or ops?

People have been sharing frameworks, benchmarking performance, and spinning off subgroups for specific topics.

What’s stuck with me, after so many 1:1 chats in recent months, is how many CRM leads are still figuring things out in silos.

That’s why this space feels different.

Not competitive. Just helpful.
