Our 2 founder bootstrapped company expenses grew 32x in last 6 months

From $524 to $17,023

I posted half a year ago about our expenses and there were primarily only tools. It was clear that we would need to start paying ourselves and get some freelance help on board at some point.

So, expenses grew drastically.

Tools:
Semrush =$117 (marketing)
Resend = $20 (emails)
Vercel = $90 (hosting)
CursorAI= $36 (AI for code and content)
ChatGPT= $50 (AI chat)
Claude = $20 (AI chat)
Typefully = $29 (content)
Tinybird= $100 (analytics)
AWS = $130 (hosting)
Neon = $70 (database)
Linkedin = $140 (content)
Trigger =$15 (product)
Slack =$36 (communication)
GitHub =$20 (collaboration)
Other tools =$150
= $1023

Founders and freelancers expenses:
Payment 2 founders: $6k/month
Payment 3 freelancers: $7k/month (Content+Development)
Marketing experiments: $3k/month

How the cost distribute?
1. 6% tools (20% of it AI tools)
2. 77% payments to freelancers and founders
3. 17% marketing experiments

To have relative understanding of our revenue: it grew 7x from around $8k MRR at those time.

Definitely thinking on cutting some tools as usual, but except LinkedIn everything looks super essential.
