One thing I’ve realised over the last 1 year of consistently posting on LinkedIn & YouTube
Every post, every video, every piece of content compounds silently.
Even when the engagement isn’t crazy.
Even when you feel “maybe nobody is noticing”.
People are watching. Quietly.
Recently had the opportunity to visit Fireside Ventures office and have a deep discussion around Quick Commerce, consumer brands & the evolving growth playbook in India.
The discussion largely revolved around how brands are approaching growth on Quick Commerce today — and the operational challenges that come with scaling it sustainably.
What made the conversation interesting was this:
Even some of the smartest founders & operators in the ecosystem are still figuring Quick Commerce out in real time.
Because the reality is —
there is no perfect playbook yet.
What works for one category may completely fail for another.
What works on Amazon may not work on Blinkit, Zepto or Instamart.
That’s exactly why execution-led conversations matter so much right now.
Really grateful for the opportunity to exchange thoughts with Vinay Singh, Prayag Mohanty and Animesh Sharma
Conversations like these genuinely push your thinking forward as an operator.
Also made me realise once again —
sharing knowledge publicly is always worth it.
You never know which post, video or insight opens the next door.
Looking forward to many more such conversations ahead 🚀
