✍️ Creative Team (Copywriting)
🎯 Senior Creative Associate: 1.5 to 4 years of experience in copywriting for social brands (🎬 entertainment & 🛍️ non-entertainment), creative content development, strategy, and short-format video ideation.
💡 Creative Associate: 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in copywriting, content development, creative strategy, and short-format videos.
📣 Influencer Marketing Team
🌐 Influencer Marketing Lead: 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, influencer outreach & team handling.
🎞️ Edit Team
🎬 Senior Editors: 2 to 4 years of experience editing & assembling raw footage, project collaboration, mentoring juniors & using top editing tools.
🖥️ Junior Video Editors: 6 months to 2 years of experience in video editing. Must be proficient in editing software, especially 🎬 Adobe Premiere Pro.
🌀 Motion Graphic Designers: 6 months to 3 years of experience in motion graphics and video. Strong visual storytelling & branding skills.
