The power of No protects:
Your time
Your peace
Your energy
Your priorities
Your vision
You don’t owe everyone an explanation.
You don’t have to make yourself smaller to keep others comfortable.
You don’t have to feel guilty for protecting your space.
“No” isn’t rejection.
It’s redirection.
It’s discernment.
It’s leadership.
So to the people-pleasers, the over-functioners, the boundary-strugglers—let me lovingly say:
You can be kind, AND you can say no.
