Most founders talk about the great parts of their entrepreneurial journeys, so let me talk about the harsh parts

Things I still struggle with πŸ“’

πŸ”·Finding the 𝐫𝐒𝐠𝐑𝐭 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩π₯𝐞 – We’re a small team of 10 for a reason. I believe fewer people = faster output. Skill is one thing, but finding the right culture fit? Maybe I need to hire a member to solve this problem as well🫠

πŸ”·Finding the right investor – Super grateful for our current investors, but finding ones who truly resonate with your vision and trust your path? That’s a whole new challenge.

πŸ”·Not being mad at myself when things go wrong – Passion is great, but overthinking at 3 AM won’t fix things (sometimes it would!) but, most times, stepping back leads to much better perspectives.

πŸ”·ππžπœπ¨π¦π’π§π  π›πžπ¬π‘πšπ«πšπ¦ & asking for help – I’ve always been upfront in life, but this is a skill that I’m still learning. I’m sure many founders can relate.

πŸ”·Keeping the team motivated – In a small team, every day counts. Running at full speed without hitting β€œsystem overload” is still a work in progress.🧩
