NOTE: This is not a "popularity contest!!!" And I'm not trying to imply who's cooler / more successful / more interesting...
The success of each episode depends on many factors:
- How we were able to PACKAGE it.
- How we were able to PROMOTE it.
- WHEN was the person interviewed (my first guests got the least views).
- How good of a job I (as a host) did with the interview.
- etc
^ considering all the above it was very interesting to collate this chart and think about what exactly made our top episodes perform so well. 🤔
It's also interesting that the episodes performed differently on different platforms. The top chart for YouTube and Spotify looks pretty different.
That being said...
- What's YOUR platform of choice for listening to podcasts?
- Do you care about video? Or audio-only is fine?
