ManufactureTok will be the death of luxury brands. In the last week, there’s been a flood of Chinese manufacturers’ accounts on TikTok showing what they can produce. They expose the luxury brands and show that the same quality and design can be bought directly from them at very affordable prices.

The Birkin bag manufacturer exposed that the real cost of production for this bag is $1,500 when it comes out of the factory. The retail price for that same bag after branding is, on average, $38,000.

All this is explained in solid English, even Spanish, and there's a contact form to contact the manufacturer directly through TikTok.

Gen Z and Millennials are all on TikTok, and they see these viral videos.

The ones who struggle to pay rent and groceries won’t care that the bag doesn’t have the brand’s name.

Other manufacturers started uploading TikToks aggressively, too, and gaining followers quickly—as many as 200k followers in a single week.

The real trade war is on TikTok right now.
