So instead of creating content based on need your creating content to address a topic but without purpose.
The purpose (i.e., answering and meeting user needs) takes your content from being something that pisses into the wind and redefines it as purposeful.
Two people can write about the exact same topic. If one person is trying to "hit keywords" while the other is trying to answer something the entire structure of that content will be entirely different!
