• Team leaderboard: Shows response-time rankings and other performance stats that keep the crew friendly-competitive.

• Intuitive filters: Any date range, any campaign, no row limits, finally, filtering that lets us find answers fast.

• ESP / mailbox / domain health: One quick read on deliverability before it turns into a fire drill.
