The way they handle billing is mind-blowing to me:
- I can upgrade to more contacts at any point, they will gladly take my money each month
- I cannot downgrade to more contacts until my next annual contract renewal
If I can increase my plan usage at any point in time and am billed monthly, I should be able to go in the other direction as well. Otherwise, implement true-up periods.
So, is anyone using something other than HubSpot for marketing specifically (and -100 points if you suggest Marketo)?
I don't need the Sales or CS pieces, just email, forms, and documents... and it needs to integrate very nicely with SFDC.
