I hear it all the time.
→ Last week, a customer pissed off that we do not pay his chatgpt bills, called us: "a stupid Indian startup"
→ Hell, there's an Austrian company that actually lists "Indian support" as a DISADVANTAGE on their Zoko comparison page.
This is why we:
- Built world-class software
- Obsess over every detail
- Won Red Dot Design Award
We're not trying to prove anything.
We're just building software so good it makes bias look stupid.
Zendesk underestimated Freshworks because they were an "Indian company."
Now Freshworks ate their lunch and IPO'd.
Indian founders:
→ Let them underestimate us.
→ Let them think "just another Indian company"
→ Let them put their prejudice right on their website.
Their bias is our competitive advantage.
While they're busy being prejudiced, we're busy building world-class products.
Excellence doesn't need a passport.
We're not here to change their minds.
We're here to change the game.

PS: To that Austrian competitor - keep putting "Indian support" on your comparison page. Your customers will figure out the truth when they try both products. 😉
