In healthcare, the best AI product for consumers will be the one that doesn’t feel like an AI.

It should be so seamlessly integrated that it becomes part of the experience — almost invisible, yet deeply helpful.

It shouldn't be just another chatbot sitting in a corner, waiting to be clicked. (People then just play around with it for a few days and hardly come back to use it)

It should know exactly when to show up — when a user feels stuck, confused, or needs a gentle nudge.
