In 3 days, I go from leading one of the biggest creator brands in the world to…
unemployment (?)

For the past year, I’ve been working with Ali Abdaal
, helping run one of the most prolific content ecosystems on the internet. I’ve helped scale content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn. I’ve worked alongside a team that sets the bar for what good looks like in this industry, and I’ve learned more in the last 12 months than I did in the six years before.

As I approach this next chapter, I’m realising that the floor I used to stand on is now my ceiling. I see differently. I think bigger. I know what great looks like, and I know how to build it.

Still, stepping into the unknown is scary. "Job seeking" is a deeply vulnerable state to be in, especially in this industry, especially when you don’t fit into neat boxes. Some of the best people I know would never make it through a CV filter, including myself.

So while I don't think I'll have to go through one of those anytime soon, I’m preparing for what's next, whatever that looks like.

Yes, that’s me fixing Ali’s nails. This role has taken me from strategic planning and multi-platform growth to backstage pep talks and on-call manicure duties. (I won’t be offering those services moving forward 💅🏼)
