You have to tailor each message to your recipient
A few common mistakes that result to this can be:
- Using personalization lines like “I hope this email finds you well”
- Not doing research about your prospects language and how they speak
- Not segmenting your list and expecting one message can be relevant to all
Instead:
↳ Use personalization lines like prospect's company or industry information
↳ Segment your lists by industry, location, persona, and headcount.
↳ Write copy that speaks in prospects language
Relevance is what earns replies.
Not fancy tools.
Not clever copy.
Just showing you did your homework.
