If you’re building an agency today, would you rather build a full-time team or a plug-and-play talent bench?
Personally, I think the smartest agencies today are moving towards a modular model. Instead of hiring full-time across every skill set, they’re building pre-vetted buckets of consultants, freelancers, and specialists - across design, copy, strategy, performance, production.

So when a client signs, they don’t scramble. They activate.

Imagine having 15-20 sharp folks per function on standby - ready to plug into the brief. It keeps overheads light, output sharp, and your bench always evolving. I am also aware this does not mean not having a team at all, hire your core team.

Curious - are you still hiring full-time for every role, or building a more flexible plug and play structure?
