If there was an award for being shameless — IndiaFilings.com would win it!

This is not a post I wanted to write. But after waiting patiently for 4 months, I’ve been left with no choice.

In November, we applied for a IP with IndiaFilings. On the sales call, Bhavesh B
promised the moon! But once we actually started the process with their backend team, we hit a roadblock.

Turns out, our application wouldn’t even go through based on their own internal feedback. The very same documents I had shared with him team from Day 1. I requested a full refund, because not only was the service misaligned.

They agreed. And that’s where the ghosting began.
No callbacks. No email replies. Just silence.

Occasionally, when they felt generous, someone would throw a fake deadline:
“Refund by January.”
Then February.
Then March.
Now it’s April.

Every time — a new excuse:
“Internal audit.”
“Year-end closing.”
“Salary disbursement week.”
“New software update — lost your emails.” Venkataraman Ramachandran

Really?

I even reached out to their "Lionel Charles", CEO(he can't be tagged for obvious reasons). You’d think that would lead to accountability. But no — all I got was more people looped in who kept the circus going.

I am done waiting.

If you’re a startup founder like me — avoid IndiaFilings.com and other top 3 players(I wish I can name them) in this domain altogether. I’ve worked with all three. The experience? Garbage.

You’re better off working with an independent lawyer or a boutique firm that values you and your business.

To the team at IndiaFilings:
You’ve underestimated the wrong person.
You may have dodged my calls, emails, and messages. But now this goes public.

And trust me — this is just the beginning.

Also, for the builders out there — if you’re working in AI, fintech, SaaS... cool.
But can someone solve this broken, scammy legal-tech mess that startups like mine fall into?
