If I was a CRO right now,

I wouldn’t be asking for more pipeline.

I’d be asking:

“Why are we ignoring the leads already raising their hands?”

Because here’s the truth:

Most reps aren’t short on leads.

They’re short on prioritisation.

And worse - most aren’t using signals at all.

- No tracking of profile views.
- No routing of website visits.
- No follow-up on social engagement.

Just cold emails to cold lists…

…while warm prospects slip through the cracks.

If I was running the GTM motion, I’d fix that first:

Step 1: Track the signal
LinkedIn views, website visits, comments, ad clicks

Step 2: Score the lead
Use Clay, Trigify, Vector to enrich + qualify

Step 3: Route the action
Slack alerts, CRM tasks, outbound sequences — within 15 mins

No more winging it.
No more lead rot.

The real GTM edge in 2025?

Isn’t sending more.

It’s knowing who’s already warm - and moving faster than everyone else.
