Here's my shortlist:
After testing the top platforms that track brand visibility in ChatGPT, I've spent enough to know what works (and what doesn't).
Here's my take:
Profound:
My most-used tool right now.
→ Daily updates across multiple models
→ URL-level citation breakdown makes in-depth analysis easier
→ Tracks how often 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 we’re being cited (platform) and trends
Limited to 20 prompts unless customized—great snapshot, but not the full picture. Best for SEOs and growth marketers looking for actionable intelligence. They just released the ability to add & edit prompts so this is instantly more valuable.
Evertune AI:
Best for product marketing, not performance marketers.
→ Sentiment analysis and message mapping
→ Word associations by model
Doesn’t reveal 𝘸𝘩𝘺 you’re getting cited—or how to get cited more.
Think of it as brand perception, not conversion growth. Feels more like a product research tool than a performance unlock app.
𝗫𝗼𝗳𝘂:
→ Built for SEOs stepping into the LLM era.
→ Automatically identifies non-branded BOFU prompts (that drive conversions)
→ Prompt-level visibility and competitor comparisons (can add, edit, delete prompts)
→ Funnel-based reporting (BOFU, MOFU, TOFU)
→ Direct content recommendations to improve citations
Currently free in beta—ideal for growth teams needing a full LLM SEO strategy with $0 budget
Hall:
New kid, promising signs.
→ Cross-model prompt tracking
→ Responsive team
Prompts didn’t align with our target—needs customization... But, the founder recorded a loom showing me the prompts they generated and gave me the ability to edit them all. Love seeing founder-led growth & product management in early stage startups. Need to find more time to dig in.
Additional tools on my radar: XFunnel, Knowatoa, Scrunch AI, OtterlyAI, Peec AI, Rankscale.ai, Nightwatch, Semrush, & numerous others.
The team at XFunnel are focused on improving brand’s presence and impacting conversions rather than building a platform, which is to be commended as that’s true product-led growth. The founders Beeri Amiel & Neri Bluman eat, sleep, and breathe LLMs and growth so I expect to see huge swings from them.
The reality? All these tools show different results, and honestly, we're in the Wild West of LLM marketing measurement.
I’ll keep you updated as I keep testing.
