I spent 164 hours talking to AI last month.

And build an AI second brain 100x smarter than me.

45-minute voice dumps while walking. Random thoughts in the shower.

It gets transcribed then I feed it into my AI second brain so it can actually learn how I think.

Now my AI has memorized 80,000 pieces of my actual thoughts. Equivalent to 12,000,000 words

And yesterday it wrote content so good I literally said “When did I think of that?”

(I didn’t. It connected 3 ideas from different voice notes 2 months apart.)

And this is what nobody gets right now

We don’t need better AI.
We don’t need GPT-5.
We don’t need more tools.

We need to change how we behave.

I do this pretty much everyday

I talk to AI more than humans. Not even kidding.

- Walking to get coffee? Voice dumping to Otter
- Stuck on a problem? 20-minute rant to Claude
- Random insight hits? Voice note (if I remember)
- End of day brain dump? Sometimes 45 minutes, sometimes I forget

I capture 100s of hours of my thinking

But I don’t just save these voice notes.

I feed them to my AI and get it to build on my thoughts, and connect and weave everything together.

Everything’s talking about “Marketing prompt for this”

It’s a waste of time.

I’m having full conversations with a system that’s memorized thousands of hours of my thoughts.

And the reason I talk is because it’s 3x faster than typing.

But more importantly talking bypasses any filter I have.

When you type, you edit.
When you talk, you just… talk.

And that raw thinking? And the more raw thoughts you give it, the better your input will be, thus the better the output will be.

You want to be giving AI literal 10,000 word mega prompts of just your thoughts.

The tech has been here the whole time, we just haven’t changed our behaviour around it.

You can literally unlock GPT-12 just by giving AI more context.

The future is already here.

PS - Let me know if you want me to show you how I built my second brain?

I’m writing a book on it too. Out soon.
