✨I participated in Lovable showdown over weekends , experimenting and building my first hackathon project.

It was on Father’s Day.
I miss my late Dad since he passed away few years back and and I found myself missing something small, but irreplaceable ,the way my late Dad used to sing a song for me on my B'day ,wishes when I won or loose and cried and talk on Fathers day, since I was a little girl.

That absence made me wonder :
Why don’t we have a simple way to save the voices, messages, and love from those we care about ,forever?

That question turned into an idea. Research . Product requirements.

And thank you for vibe coding help with Lovable’s free weekend ,post by Elena Verna
and team ,
I tried building my first MVP using OpenAI as selected model and ChatGPT as my brainstorming partner .

💜 It’s called SoulNote - a tiny app that lets people record voice/video/text messages for future moments: birthdays, milestones, or even for after they’re gone.
Messages can be saved and shared, like emotional time capsules.

Not at all perfect, but real. It needs more iterations.
A first step. And straight from the heart.

🛠️ What I learned from this experiment:

-Ideas that come from emotion hit different. They carry you through late nights, self-doubt, and imperfect code.
-Vibe coding > perfect coding. Tools like Lovable help bring visions to life without getting stuck in the tech weeds.
-Start messy, start anyway. It doesn’t have to be polished to be powerful. Done is better than perfect ,once you know the direction.

If you’ve ever wished you could hear someone’s voice again, or leave behind words that outlast you ~ that’s what I built SoulNote for.

Thank you Lovable for the space to try, build, and feel.

💬 Would love to connect with others building at the intersection of memory, meaning, and tech.

What do you think of the idea ? Share what you built!
