Every other day, someone on LinkedIn announces they’ve joined Google. Congratulations, of course. But shortly after, I see them launching a paid DSA course, offering mentorship on cracking Google interviews, or hosting webinars on “How I Got Into Google.”
At this point, I’m starting to think the actual product at Google is the Google interview.
So… who's writing the code, designing the systems, fixing the bugs, or shipping the features? Is there a secret team of silent Googlers who never post, never mentor, and just… work?
