I now have 8 GTM employees on Grok Bot.
Here is my 3-layered org chart. Grok Bot finally makes sense to me...
In Claude Code and Codex I have a massive dump of skills. 40+ of them across my repos, for copy, thumbnails, outbound and research. It works, but it's 1 big pile.
Grok Bot can still use all of those skills. What changed is the setup around them.
It feels like WhatsApp. Every agent is its own chat with its own job.
- My Reply Manager only works on my LinkedIn inbox.
- My Researcher only looks for outlier posts.
and the great thing is that all of them can collaborate with each other.
That makes it so much easier for me to assign specific things to specific agents.
Right now 2 teams run on a schedule every morning:
[1] Content: at 08:00 the Researcher sends me the outliers. On Mondays my Head of Content turns them into the plan for the week and briefs my writers.
[2] Outbound: at 08:00 the Outbound Manager checks our campaigns in OXYGEN. At 08:30 the Reply Manager drafts my replies. Nothing goes out without my yes.
I really love the org chart, and the scheduled tasks have been super reliable.
Where I still struggle is the quality of the output. For copy and design I always go back to Opus 5.5 and Astra.
Elon wrote last month: "AI will be able to do anything digital (that doesn't require shaping atoms) at a superhuman level by the end of next year."
Grok Bot feels like a massive step toward that.
If they solve the quality part, they get my vote.
Maybe Mitchell Keller can convince me.
He's the biggest Grok Bot expert in GTM I know of, and we go live together today at 12 PM ET (18:00 CEST).
