I'm tearing up 🥹 reading through 445+ applications for our open roles at Creator Match 🧩
Basically hibernated at this coffee shop ☕ all weekend and still barely made a dent.
Just 1 year ago, I was sketching this business idea on a napkin at Starbucks... "A LinkedIn Creator Marketing Agency."
I walked away from my 6 figure management consulting job and took a big risk.
And now people from the biggest companies in the world want to work HERE.
The applications aren't just applications. They feel like "love letters."
People aren't just DMing our team. They're making posts about why they want this dream role.
Someone even made an entire deck of why they'd be a perfect fit. AN ENTIRE DECK.
Here are some quotes that made me pause and reflect on our journey:
→ "Love what you guys are doing. Working with you seems like a dreaaam!!"
→ " You are KILLING IT! I love seeing startups thrive- especially when they’re led by someone as dope as you. Lol."
→ "Having you engage on my post about working with Creator Match meant a lot to me. I feel like a little town celebrity"
→ "I think it's safe to say Creator Match is every Creator's favorite brand here"
→ "Here's why I'll be the last resume you read for this role"
→ "Share this love letter in your company Slack channel"
→ "Maybe stick your laptop in some ice to keep from overheating with all the applications coming in"
This is what happens when you build something people actually believe in. And you do it with incredible team members like Tara Knight 🧩, Naek M., and more who work day and night to make an impact.
When you're transparent about the journey. When you show the messy lows. When you treat people like humans, not numbers.
We are a TINY team that's scrappy, hungry, relentless, and ready to bring on 2 more A-Team players.
Every single one of these applications represents someone who sees what we're building and wants to be part of it.
That's not just humbling. It's everything. And I'm at a loss of words at the community response. Truly 💙 🧩.
We're reviewing every single application. Every one.
Because if someone took the time to apply, they deserve the time to be seen.
