A few notes:
1) This person will have a global remit and has to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Harvey is growing rapidly, and our team partners deeply with every other part of our organization, so you should love a fast pace and be great at receiving, synthesizing, filtering, and acting on feedback from our prospects, customers, and internal team.
2) This leader will get to work with the great team in place to help support their growth. You will get to invest and coach in the existing members of our team and hire additional marketers to scale our org and reach.
3) We need someone who has owned aggressive demand gen targets and feels highly accountable in partnership with our sales org on growing revenue. And, we need someone who cares about getting product marketing right, making Harvey's products easy to consider, buy, and recommend to others.
4) We need a marketer who understands that we sell to many of the world's top firms and companies and understands the enterprise buyer, but is also nimble and willing to understand how AI is disrupting the customer lifecycle and can build a team and a tech stack that reflects that agility.
5) The ideal candidate is in NY or San Francisco, but regardless of location, we need someone who will spend time with our GTM team around the world, visit prospects and customers (currently in more than 47 countries so a global lens is critical here), and will spend time getting to know our product and the wonderful people who build it in our EPD organization.
