I’m glad to officially announce that Zeko – Hospitality Tech has been acquired by RBS, a US-based hospitality technology company working with 4,800+ properties across the globe!

What started in 2023 as a QR ordering solution evolved into an AI guest engagement platform powering the entire journey from pre-arrival through checkout. Along the way, we worked with top brands like Radisson and Royal Orchid Hotels, driving up to 30% incremental revenue and automating 40% of guest interactions.

About a year ago, as we started thinking about scale, a partnership conversation with Glenn Turner began right after RBS acquired Winsar Group. That has now come full circle, with Zeko becoming part of the RBS ecosystem and expanding its reach to thousands of properties and millions of guests globally! Glad to see it now has the platform to create the impact we always envisioned!

Truly grateful to our hotel partners who trusted in us, investors who took a bet on us, and most importantly the team that contributed selflessly while sharing the ambition towards the mission to solve for guest interactions in hotels globally!

Special mention to Umesh Sharma for always supporting the vision and strong belief since day 1. And to everyone who supported us along the way - especially those who showed up quietly behind the scenes when it mattered the most.

I started this as a 20-year-old college dropout with no background in tech, driven by curiosity, optimism, and a deep passion for the hospitality space.

I’m moving forward with a much deeper understanding, stronger clarity, and higher self-awareness - not just as a founder, but more importantly as a person.

All of it simply being a byproduct of putting your heart and soul into something, despite the odds.
