Remember this problem? It’s a marketing problem. A martech problem.
The same one we have been faced with for decades now.
The effective (and scalable) implementation of technology and go to market is the challenge.
Getting there (no surprise I hope) isn’t about the tool and its capabilities.
It’s the human behind the tool with the capabilities who creates something effective and scalable.
So my next step to doubling down on using agents is to “Slow down to speed up.”
I need to set aside time to really learn the capabilities of AI agents. Understand the art of the possible.
Then, I need to take a great deal of time deciding what types of use cases might be valuable.
Then I need to decide on hiring someone to help, or building it myself or finding providers who have already built for my use case (and cover enough of it, because no pre-built package is ever 100% what you need… we know this right people?)
How are you getting through the “blank canvas problem”?
Are you slowing down to speed up?
Just working with other consultants to analyze your business and tell you what to do?
Are you waiting to see what others do and then planning to copy?
