Thanks to these 6 habits, I do daily (you'll be stupid not to do this):
1. Phone free morning run
I used to be that guy who woke up and browsed reels. Now? I just go for a run, after waking up, phone free. Due to this habit alone, I'm feeling far more motivated, less distracted.
2. Planning the night before
I can't believe, this is the best productivity hack you could ever do. Just take 5 mins to plan your next day. Adjust your schedule and set priorities. It'll change your life.
3. A Switch off routine
"Morning routine, evening routine are all BS" - I used to be this person. But your brain needs to shut off before you go to sleep. I directly went to sleep from work, but now I'm drawing boundaries, reading a book before sleeping.
4. Phone-free focus time
When I start Clickup time tracking, I totally disable my phone. I sometimes do 40 min focus sprints, 1h focus sprints etc.
5. Disable addicting websites using Work mode Chrome extension
I love fb, X and IG. I disable them all during work, unless I need inspiration
6. Love the struggle
Yes, there's friction, multiple people to connect, and sluggish at work which makes you run towards your phone for that dopamine hit. I've stopped that too.
As a result, I'm far more focused, productive and get work done.
What are some of your bad habits, you'll replace with good ones?
